Recently there has been a lot of improper waste in the sorting rooms.<\/p>\n

Kruunuvuorenrannan j\u00e4tteen putkiker\u00e4ys Oy wants to remind that the sorting rooms are only for glass, metal, large cardboard<\/strong> and large mixed waste <\/strong>(which does not fit through the waste inlet hatch, such as a bucket or a hockey stick).<\/p>\n

Furniture and home appliences DO NOT BELONG to the sorting room<\/h3>\n

Reusable furniture, home appliances and small reusable items<\/strong> can be donated to the Helsinki Metropolitan Area Reuse Centre<\/a>. They also offers a pick-up service<\/a> for intact, clean and reusable items.<\/p>\n

The place for large waste items<\/strong> (such as mattresses and broken furniture) is the HSY Sortti-station<\/a>. HSY also offers a pick-up servise (Nouto-Sortti<\/a>) for large waste items.<\/p>\n
