The collection of plastic waste, as requested by the residents, has begun in Kruunuvuorenranta.

The preparation work for the collections began in August 2018, and the system underwent testing in September and October. The area’s waste collection system is now ready to accept plastic waste.

The plastic packages should be clean, as this affects the material’s recyclability and quality.
